Q3. Have you deleted your cache (previously viewed web pages)? *

◆iPhone or iPad (Safari) → Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website data > Delete all website data > Delete now

◆Android (Google Chrome) →Google Chrome app > Other icon (three vertical circles) in the upper right corner of the screen > History > Delete browsing data > Select the period of cache you want to delete > Check the box next to 「Cached images and files」> Clear data

Q4. Are you at least 18 years old? *

Please bring a passport of at least 18 years old, as Japanese domestic law requires parental consent for those under 18 years of age.

Q5. Is your iOS/androidOS up to date? *

The SIM card may not activate except for the latest OS. Older OS is not supported, please update in a WIFI environment.
